Faculty Spotlight: Teresa Day, Program Coordinator

Teresa Day has been with Brigham Young University for two years, serving as the Program Coordinator for the Marketing and Global Supply Chain programs. One of her favorite aspects of the job is the people she works with, noting that her colleagues light up her day. Teresa takes pride in organizing events, especially when students and colleagues enjoy the outcome. She generally plans three to five events a month. One of her standout events was the MBA track trip at Barron Lake, where she personally scouted properties and planned the event from start to finish, receiving enthusiastic feedback from attendees.

Before joining BYU, Teresa spent twen- ty years as a stay-at-home mom to her four children (two daughters and two sons). Later, she returned to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in Family Life and Human Development, which she believes has greatly benefited her in her role, fostering discipline, organization, and strong interpersonal skills. Teresa’s deep love for BYU inspired her to pursue this position, where she now dedicates her time to reviewing and planning student events. She and her team work hard to ensure that each experience is memorable and impactful in their genuine commitment to enhancing student life. Teresa wants students to know that she genuinely cares about them and would love to hear their feedback. We thank her for her hard work on events in the Marriott School of Business!
